This project proposed the purchase of two conservation easements on adjacent properties within the Rio Grande floodplain in Rio Grande County, though the Campbell-Redden portion eventually fell through. The Dugan Ranch easement, adjacent to the Campbell-Redden property to the east, secured 0.55 cfs of the #3 Priority San Jose Ditch as well as the #144.5 Priority San Jose Ditch to the 316 acre property.
