This project funded the production of an issue of Headwaters Magazine focused on the Rio Grande Basin. Production included the writing, editing, design, printing, distribution, and management of the issue. The magazine provided a resource for water education in the valley, engaging community members and reaching over 7,000 Colorado residents. The issue became available in June 2013.
